SFHA issues first of COVID-19 briefings

The Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA) has created a series of briefings to help housing associations and co-operatives through the coronavirus crisis.
Based on feedback from its members, the briefing notes will be published over the coming days and will cover:
- Service delivery
- Health and safety
- Practical governance advice
- Care and support
- Welfare
The SFHA team will update the briefings as circumstances change and more information becomes available.
The service delivery briefing covers the following topics:
- Key workers
- Office closures
- Managing service withdrawal
- Recording service withdrawal
- Good practice around social distancing
- Tenant communication templates for website/media.
