Share announces full programme for 2025 Corporate Governance and HR Conference

Share is delighted to announce the full programme for its popular Corporate Governance and HR Conference, taking place on Thursday 6 November 2025 at the Apex Grassmarket Hotel in Edinburgh.

Bringing together people from across the housing sector, this event is designed to inspire attendees and provide practical tools to tackle today’s challenges.

The day will begin with Sarah Stewart, Time Management Coach, sharing strategies in Getting More Time for the Things that Matter, helping delegates take control of their workload and focus on what really counts.

Following this, delegates can take part in a series of workshops led by James McMorrow of Harper MacLeod, Eileen McCallum of McCallum Training, and Kim Hartley Kean and Susan Munro of Communication Inclusion People. These sessions will cover key topics affecting the sector today, including housing regulation, the implications of Awaab’s Law, and creating more inclusive workplaces.

In the afternoon, attendees will hear from Alison Smith of Allanpark Consultants Ltd on Recruiting Board Members for Leadership, Ashleigh Scott and Steph Muir from Beatson Cancer Charity on Supporting Colleagues through Difficult Times, and Rory Cowan of BKF and Co on Defamation and Reputation Management.

Alongside these sessions, there will be plenty of opportunities to network, share experiences, and take away useful ideas to strengthen your organisation.

Organisations can make the most of Share’s 3-for-2 offer, bringing their teams along for a full day of learning, while HR/CS Network members can book at the discounted rate of £275. For the full programme and booking details, visit here.
