Ideally you will be ready to step up to a new role at a more senior level or are looking to enhance your current management skills within your management role. The programme will span over ten months, during which attendees will attend a day release learning activity monthly to continue to build knowledge and skills and to transfer that learning into the workplace.

This is a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded, aspirational colleagues within the sector, build relationships and learn from one another over the course of 10 months!
