Share announces next Scottish Housing Regulator ‘Meet the Team’ event

Following the success of its sold-out Glasgow event, Share will host a further opportunity for housing professionals to engage directly with the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) team.
The event will take place on Wednesday, 25th February 2026 at The Scotsman Hotel, Edinburgh and will bring together senior members of the SHR team for a morning of insight, discussion and networking.
The programme will cover:
- An overview of who the SHR is, how they work and the key challenges
- Annual risk assessment and likely outcomes
- Stock quality, and tenant and resident safety
- Dealing with serious cases (case studies)
The event will also feature a facilitated roundtable discussion, offering participants the chance to discuss common questions and sector challenges directly with members of the SHR team. This interactive session is designed to encourage practical dialogue and shared learning in a collaborative setting.
