Share launches on-demand training with upgraded e-Learning Platform

Share has announced that from 1st September 2025, on-demand learning will be available through its upgraded e-Learning Platform.

The enhanced platform is designed to improve the learning experience, offering greater flexibility, accessibility, and interactivity for professionals across the sector, reflecting the way people now work and learn.

The upgraded platform allows learners to access courses, track progress, and explore supporting materials in one seamless environment. Both new courses include tutor support through built-in discussion features, ensuring a guided and interactive learning experience.

Two New On-Demand Courses Available

As part of the launch, learners will have access to two new courses offering recognised certification and high-quality content:

  • Fundamentals of Factoring – Approved by The Property Institute (TPI)
This six-unit course provides a comprehensive foundation for anyone delivering a factoring service in Scotland. Each unit includes a workbook, real-world case studies, title deeds, and supporting materials.
  • Understanding Buildings and Managing Repairs (UBMR) – Assured by City & Guilds
Designed for non-technical staff involved in customer service and repairs reporting, this course is suitable for administrative teams, receptionists, housing assistants, and those managing repair enquiries. Its City & Guilds Assured status ensures it meets recognised standards for high-quality learning.

Why On-Demand Learning Matters

As working lives become increasingly fast-paced, finding time to invest in continuing professional development (CPD) or gain accreditation can be a real challenge. On-demand learning gives professionals more control over their development. By studying accredited and assured courses anytime and anywhere, learners can choose when and how to engage, making it easier to fit training into their unique routines. It’s a flexible and empowering way to build skills and gain recognition.

Since January 2024, Share’s e-Learning platform has enabled learners to complete over 7,490 online activities, demonstrating strong demand for self-paced learning.

Share regards on-demand learning as a permanent transformation in professional development. The organisation plans to continue expanding its course offerings to meet the evolving needs of learners, ensuring training adapts to modern working lives.

Both courses will be available from 1st September 2025, following the system upgrade. For more information, visit Home - Share or contact elearning@share.org.uk.
