West Dunbartonshire plans 17 new homes in Drumry

West Dunbartonshire Council has unveiled plans for a small-scale council housing development in Drumry.

Collaborating with CCG and Oliver & Robb Architects, the council intends to build 17 cottage flats and terraced houses on the former site of a day care centre on Queen Mary Avenue.

The 0.038-hectare brownfield site will accommodate four residential blocks, complemented by communal gardens featuring bench seating to foster social interaction.

A central parking courtyard will provide parking space for 22 vehicles, and 21 replacement trees will be planted within these gardens.
