Why should you book on SHARE’s Management Development Programme?

SHARE’s Management Development Programme was created with the aim of providing aspiring or existing managers the tools and techniques to lead a team or organisation at a senior level, but with a specific slant towards the housing sector.

Students on the 12-month course will gain a variety of skills and knowledge that a housing manger should have, including how to be the ideal leader, managing finances and budgets, working with boards, working with the Scottish Housing Regulator, project management and how to coach staff. The delivery of the programme also allows participants the ability to network with colleagues across the sector – giving them another vital learning experience.

An added benefit of the programme is that it is approved by the Institute of Leadership and Management programme, which gives learners access to a suite of leadership and management resources via ilm’s online portal as well as an array of tools provided by SHARE.

Upon completion of this course, Students will receive membership, a certificate and will be awarded Associate status and able to use postnominals AMInstLM in their correspondence and emails.

Students will be learning from previous housing leaders and management professionals throughout the programme, so why not come and start the next programme and meet fellow colleagues and enhance your skills for your future?
