Covenants and long-term financial planning

Who is it for and what is it about?

The financial landscape that housing associations operate within continues to be challenging. It was confirmed that Britain went into recession at the end of 2023.
Having emerged from the pandemic and headed into an economic crisis was difficult for all housing providers. The financial implications of both will be with us in the short and medium term, and possibly beyond.

Organisations will have to consider how all areas of their business plan may need to develop given the ever-changing environment. This course will help delegates map out this process along with an up-to-date view of the current economic situation.
