Who is it for and what is it about?
This in-person course is designed for housing staff that are working with electrical contractors on void properties, repairs management and electrical safety contracts.
It will consider landlord obligations in respect of electrical safety, the most up-to-date regulations including smoke and heat detection systems, along with an overview of common issues in electrical safety.
