Engaging tenants for service delivery

Who is it for and what is it about?

Engaging with tenants can be difficult.  In this fast paced and increasingly digitalised world, it can be difficult to know how and where to meet tenants where they are, what is the best way to invest time and resources to maximise engagement.  How can the obligation in the Charter succeed in real life?

Delegates will be invited to discuss what their organisations are doing, what is working in the wider sector, what are the challenges in tenant engagement and how these are being tackled, and what impact digitalisation is having on how we connect with customers.
