Questions you should be asking – equalities and human rights

Who is it for and what is it about?

The regulatory expectations on equalities and human rights have increased in recent years.  Committee and board members must be able to scrutinise how their associations are providing equality of opportunity, and respecting human rights in the services they provide.

The session will also explore the type of information boards and committees should receive and the questions they should be asking to ensure that their organisation is complying with the expectations of the regulator and their tenants.
