HOUSING OFFICER – PROPERTIES & ESTATES

Interviews will be held on Thursday 27th November. 

Salary: £34,745 - £44,619 (EVH Grade 6 -7); placing on the scale will be dependent on experience.
Job Type: Full time/Permanent (35 hours per 5-day week, Monday – Friday, including occasional attendance at meetings or courses out with normal office hours, as determined by the role) Following a successful probationary period of 6 months, consideration will be given to condensed hours i.e. 4-day week or 9-day fortnight)    
Location: Office Based – Glenrothes. This position attracts an essential car user allowance as there will be frequent travel between Glenrothes and Levenmouth
