The final session in this governance masterclass series will consider all the other aspects of the Regulatory Framework within the requirements for local authorities and RSLs.

The Chair’s Network was set up as an opportunity to discuss issues that are facing all Chairs across the Social Housing Network. A chance to hear what others are doing and to share what you are doing. It is the Network that decides on the topics for speakers and Share provides a facilitator to organise these.

This course is for housing staff with the responsibility for managing void properties who may be experiencing difficulty in letting properties due to low demand, the impact of welfare reforms or how properties are promoted.
