Supporting Committee/Board – understanding governance
Who is it for and what is it about?
The Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) has clearly set out their expectations of the committee/board, across several documents, particularly the Regulatory Framework. This course provides an introduction and overview of how staff can support the committee/board.
Delegates will examine those expectations and how those working with the board can help their associations to meet them. Self-assessment, training plans and succession planning are just three areas that the SHR will be checking, so this will form part of the course
