Universal Credit – maximising tenant income

Who is it for and what is it about?
This course is for anyone who wishes to gain a greater understanding about the current benefits system including Universal Credit. It will cover all the major benefits, including those specific to Scotland.
Delegates will learn how to do basic benefit calculations and assess their tenant’s income to ensure that they are claiming all benefits they are entitled to, and will be useful to those working in arrears management or tenancy sustainment. This course is not recommended for those that work in money advise or welfare rights full time.
