Why This Role Matters
This is a key role in supporting Cunninghame Housing Association to make evidence based decisions, improve services and strengthen performance across the organisation. Working closely with managers, senior leaders and Board members, you will help ensure that data, intelligence and performance information are used effectively to shape decisions, identify opportunities and support delivery of our strategic objectives.
You will play an important role in building a culture of continuous improvement, helping teams understand what the information is telling us and how it can be used to improve customer outcomes, efficiency and value for money.
The Role
Reporting to the Governance and Assurance Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of business intelligence, performance reporting and improvement activity across the organisation. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across all departments to provide insight that supports service transformation and helps us plan, monitor and deliver services more effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports and business intelligence tools.
- Analyse complex data and performance information to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators and performance frameworks.
- Provide clear and accessible reports to managers, senior leaders and governance forums.
- Lead and support improvement projects, process reviews and service transformation activity.
- Promote effective use of data, systems and insight to support informed decision making.
- Work with colleagues to strengthen data quality, performance accountability and continuous improvement.
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident working with data and able to translate information into practical insight that support decision making and improvement. You will be an analytical, organised and proactive, with strong communication skills and the confidence to build effective working relationships across the organisation.
- Experience of developing performance reports, dashboards or business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful trends.
- Excellent IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Excel, Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
- Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and understandable way to a range of audiences.
- Experience of supporting improvement activity, service reviews or process change.
- A collaborative approach, with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence positive change.
- A commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, customer focus and continuous improvement.
