Help Shape the Future of a Thriving Community
At Blairtummock Housing Association, we’re more than a housing provider.
For over 35 years, we have been at the heart of Easterhouse, investing in homes, supporting communities and creating opportunities for people to thrive. Our roots are firmly embedded in the community we serve, and our focus remains on delivering high-quality homes and services that make a lasting difference to people’s lives.
This is an exciting time to join us.
As we continue to invest in our housing stock, deliver new-build housing, strengthen our services, embrace digital transformation and deliver our long-term business objectives, we are looking for an exceptional Finance Manager to join our leadership team.
This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role within a respected, community-focused organisation where your expertise will influence far more than the numbers. Your leadership will help shape investment decisions, support organisational growth and contribute directly to stronger homes, stronger communities and a stronger future for Easterhouse.
In addition to our housing services, we work closely with our charitable subsidiary, Blairtummock & Rogerfield Opportunities (BRO), which delivers a range of community initiatives designed to reduce inequalities, support wellbeing and create opportunities for local people. As Finance Manager, you will contribute to the financial stewardship of both organisations, helping maximise their positive impact across the community.
