Thenue Housing Association has approximately 80 staff and provides high quality housing with a stock base of approximately 3,000 properties in our six main communities, as well as 21 supported accommodation projects, mainly located in Glasgow. We also provide a factoring service to over 800 owners within our communities and have around 45 sharing owners. Our housing stock ranges from Victorian sandstone tenements to 1930 “interwar” flats, along with a few listed buildings and new build properties developed by the Association. They are spread across several locations in Glasgow including Bridgeton, Calton, Cranhill, Castlemilk, Dalmarnock, Scotstoun, Baillieston and Blackhill.

We are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to lead and develop our finance function. This is a full time, 35 hour per week post, and a key role within the organisation. You will be a highly skilled, enthusiastic and motivated finance professional who will lead the day-to-day operation of the Finance Department, ensuring that our finance and factoring services are well managed and meet statutory requirements.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, IT & Resources, duties will include preparing and producing quarterly management accounts and the annual budget, supporting the annual audit process, supervising the finance and factoring teams, and ensuring the delivery of accurate financial information, strong financial controls and effective support to colleagues across the organisation.
