We have an exciting permanent opportunity to join Housing Services in East Renfrewshire. You will be joining an ambitious and supportive team in the role of Housing Services Manager (Repairs & Property Maintenance).

In this role you will manage the efficient and effective delivery of the housing repair and maintenance service including responsive repairs, planned maintenance, legislative compliance programmes and void repairs.

We need someone who has a passion for good quality safe and secure housing and is focused on service improvement.

Ideally the successful post holder will also have significant experience working for a local authority housing service specialising in property management, financial business planning and performance management.

Depending upon the needs of the service, staff in Hybrid roles may have the opportunity to work from home for up to 40% of the time where the needs of the service can still be met.
