Salary: EVH Grade 8, £51,075 – £55,259

This is a particularly exciting time to join Clyde Valley Group as we continue to strengthen our approach to asset management, compliance, investment planning, landlord health and safety, contract management, customer experience and the quality of the data that underpins our decisions. As Senior Asset and Compliance Lead you will play a pivotal role in providing strong leadership across our asset and compliance activities and helping us ensure that our homes are safe, well maintained, investment is planned effectively and our statutory and regulatory responsibilities are delivered with confidence.
Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will:
• Lead the day-to-day coordination of asset management, compliance and landlord health and safety activity across Clyde Valley Group homes and related assets.
• Provide operational leadership across key compliance areas including gas, electrical safety, fire safety, asbestos, water hygiene, lifts, damp and mould, play parks and other landlord health and safety obligations.
• Promote a strong compliance and safety culture across the team, ensuring colleagues understand their responsibilities and the importance of accurate records, timely action and customer safety.
• Line manage the Asset and Compliance Team, ensuring each role has clear priorities, objectives, support and development aligned to team and organisational outcomes.
• Coordinate compliance programmes to ensure inspections, servicing, certification, remedial actions and evidence are completed within required timescales.
• Support the development of reliable asset intelligence by ensuring property, component, compliance, servicing, inspection, warranty and contractor evidence is complete and accessible.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with contractors, consultants and suppliers delivering asset, compliance, servicing, inspection, maintenance and remedial works.
What We’re Looking For
• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in a property, housing, compliance, construction, customer service, health and safety, asset management or related service environment.
• Experience in a relevant service environment, such as property, housing, compliance, repairs, maintenance, customer service, facilities management, construction, health and safety or regulated operations.
• Understanding of safe, reliable and customer-focused service delivery in a property, housing, compliance, health and safety or regulated service environment.
• Ability to use information to identify risks, trends, issues and improvement actions.
• Professional, fair and accountable, with sound judgement and integrity.
