Staffing Review: Property Services Team
Tender Invitation for Consultants
Ochil View Housing Association intends to conduct a full and independent review of the staffing structure of its Property Services team and is looking for experienced consultants to undertake this piece of work on the Association’s behalf.
The principal objective of the review is to provide an independent, evidence-based assessment of the Property Services Team and to identify the organisational structure, staffing capacity, skills and working arrangements required to deliver high-quality, efficient, and responsive services over the next three to five years.

All tenders should be submitted electronically by 5pm on Thursday 12th November 2026.
Consultants will be selected following a quality and price evaluation and we would expect the assignment to be completed by 12th February 2027.
