Ayrshire Housing is adding 32 new flats to its housing stock in Ayr town centre. The social landlord will shortly be starting work on site to deliver the new homes for rent.

A new housing development is being planned for a 12.5-hectare site in Dundonald, South Ayrshire.

Plans to build affordable homes in Ayr have been revised after conditions were attached to the project by South Ayrshire Council.
