East Loch Lomond Community Trust

Construction is progressing for CCG’s 20-home affordable housing development in Balmaha, with the project expected to have its first residents by spring 2027. 

New affordable homes are on the way for the Loch Lomondside village of Balmaha, after Rural Stirling Housing Association started work on building 20 homes and two plots for self-builders. The development costing around £5.8 million is due for completion around next spring.
