Planning has been submitted for a residential development at Telford Drive, Edinburgh on behalf of Port of Leith Housing Association.

Housing developer Cullross and Port of Leith Housing Association have lodged plans with the City of Edinburgh Council to build 11 apartments at Telford Drive, Edinburgh. If approved, the flats will be built on the site of a disused convenience store, Urban Realm reports.

A developer has failed in its bid to overturn a decision by Glasgow City Council to refuse planning permission for new apartments at a bowling club. Noah Developments wanted to build 40 flats across two blocks of five floors at the Mount Florida Bowling Club site on Carmunnock Road.
