Orkney Builders (Contractors) Ltd is pressing forward with plans to create almost 100 new homes at Walliwall, on the outskirts of Kirkwall. The company has submitted planning applications for 97 properties at the site to Orkney Islands Council, with work hoped to begin early in the new year.
