Housing specialist Cullross Ltd has launched a further expansion to its Newcraighall site as part of a dedicated new business arm.  

Four luxury townhouses are set to be built overlooking the 17th Green, 18th Fairway and within a stone’s throw of the world famous Swilcan Bridge on the Old Course in St Andrews - a location often described as offering the ‘Best View in World Golf.’

Over nine in ten (94%) developers surveyed in Scotland believe that the government setting targets for councils would be the key to unlocking planning issues faced by UK developers, according to the latest research from Shawbrook.
