A Santastic grotto from Glen Oaks

Glen Oaks Housing Association produced a Christmas cracker of a surprise for the children of its tenants this week.
A realistic-looking grotto was created and proved a huge hit with kids. And like anyone who visits Santa in his grotto, everyone got a gift.

Over 120 youngsters paid a visit to the grotto and were also treated to a selection of Christmas movies as they waited to see Santa.
Alasdair McKee, chief executive of Glen Oaks, said: “We wanted to do something extra special for local children this year and Santa’s grotto was the ideal choice. We hope every one of them enjoyed their visit to see Santa.”
