For nearly 28 years, BHA has been part of the fabric of the Erskine community, providing quality homes, supporting local residents, and creating meaningful, local employment opportunities. The Living Wage accreditation marks another significant milestone in its continued effort to ensure staff are recognised, valued, and fairly rewarded for the important work they do.

The real Living Wage is an independently calculated rate based on the cost of living and is voluntarily paid by over 16,000 UK employers. This commitment ensures that everyone working at BHA, regardless of whether they are directly employed or contracted, will earn a wage that meets everyday needs.

BHA’s accreditation also reinforces its dedication to local investment in people, particularly through its successful Modern Apprentice programme. By helping young people in and around Erskine gain skills, experience, and confidence, BHA is playing an active role in supporting the next generation of housing professionals.
