Cassiltoun Housing Association and its well known chairperson Anna Stuart MBE have been recognised for their outstanding contributions to Scotland’s housing sector at the Share Awards 2025.

The prestigious event, held on April 24th, celebrated excellence in housing services, spotlighting individuals and organisations making a lasting impact in their communities.

Cassiltoun Housing Association secured the Excellence in Property Management award, a testament to its dedication to innovation and tenant satisfaction, with the Association’s commitment to delivering high-quality housing services continuing to shape its services.

Anna Stuart MBE was awarded the Housing Hero Lifetime Achievement Award by Kieran Findlay, editor at Scottish Housing News and Scottish Construction Now, recognising her outstanding dedication and leadership in the housing sector. A passionate advocate for accessible and quality housing, Stuart has played a pivotal role in Cassiltoun Housing Association’s growth and success.
