C~urb Factoring’s Jennii Devine has won the Support Staff Member of the Year at this year’s Property Managers Association Scotland (PMAS) awards.

The PMAS Excellence Awards are designed to recognise, reward, and celebrate those individuals who go above and beyond to deliver exemplary service to clients, customers, and colleagues.

C~urb, which provides property development, management and maintenance services throughout Scotland, was delighted to have staff nominated in three categories.

Colin Culross, managing director of C~urb, said: “I am delighted Jennii’s contribution has been recognised by this award. Jennii has demonstrated our core values and her commitment to our customers to go above and beyond. Many congratulations Jennii.”

Andrea Mina, C~urb’s commercial services coordinator (factoring), said: “I’d personally like to offer my congratulations to Jennii; her commitment to excellence stands out as a testament to her professionalism. C~urb Factoring is fortunate to have such a dedicated individual contributing to our ongoing growth and success.”

Jennii’s citation said: “Over her impressive and transformative five-year journey within our team, Jennii has consistently showcased not only an unwavering commitment but also a grounded work ethic, and her exceptional contributions extend far beyond the parameters of her core responsibilities.

“Jennii’s approach to arrears recovery goes beyond the conventional. It is characterised by empathy and a profound understanding of the unique financial challenges our customers face. She ensures problems are handled with sensitivity, forging agreements with customers during these challenging financial times. The resilience and understanding have been pivotal in maintaining positive relationships, both within the team and with our valued customers.”

Jennii’s award reflects the fact that she is adept at developing lasting relationships with customers by finding genuine joy in engaging with them and fostering a sense of community.

In addition to Jennii’s success, C~urb’s Mark Scott was a finalist in the Rising Star/Apprentice of the Year category and Sarah Graham for Above and Beyond/Outstanding Contribution to the Industry.
