Clyde Valley Housing Association (CVHA) recently hosted its eagerly anticipated Celebration of Success event under the theme “Sparkle and Shine”.

The event provided an opportunity to unveil the exceptional results of the Investors in People accreditation to the broader team. The recent achievement of ‘We Invest in People’ Gold Accreditation from Investors in People, highlights CVHA’s dedication to nurturing its most valuable asset: its people.

After undergoing a thorough assessment process in December 2023, CVHA has earned its place among accredited organisations, with only 26% attaining the prestigious gold status. Furthermore, CVHA has also been awarded with the ‘We Invest in Wellbeing’ Silver Accreditation, further reinforcing its commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment, an environment that cares about its people.

Lisa Beresford, people director at CVHA, expressed her delight at the accomplishment: “I’m thrilled with the results, which showcase the collective effort of every individual in supporting each other and striving for excellence. Achieving this milestone on our first attempt is truly remarkable!

“The recommendations provided will guide our plans for 2024/25 and shape our new People Strategy. We are excited about our future achievements together and how this will help us to improve our services and make a difference to peoples’ lives and their communities.”
