By 2032, all Scottish RSL properties will need an EPC ‘B’ rating. As a nation, we’ll need to collectively retrofit hundreds of thousands of homes a year to reach this ambitious target. Key to this will be understanding your portfolio’s current baseline compared to EESSH2 and net zero carbon and to be able to monitor progress towards these goals.

We’re here to help you on this journey. Our suite of free tools is funded by the Scottish Government and are available to all housing associations across Scotland. They contain a range of features to make it easier to determine the starting point for your journey and monitor the progress.

An interactive dashboard to summarise your housing stock

Home Analytics details:

  • Physical characteristics (wall type, levels of insulation and glazing)
  • SAP score and carbon emissions
  • Heat and energy demand
  • Renewable technology suitability
  • Probability of fuel poverty

There are over 90 columns of data within Home Analytics to give a detailed summary of each individual property. Integrated within Home Analytics is a dashboard which helps to easily visualise this wealth of data to help you and your leaderships teams baseline energy efficiency progress. This can help identify future retrofit opportunities and challenge areas across your portfolio.

The data is personalised to your housing stock and is presented in easily digestible tables and graphs which can be used in reporting.
