Milnbank Housing Association (MHA) has appointed Craig Boyle as its new director of housing and community initiatives, a key leadership role focused on strengthening services for tenants, supporting communities and helping shape MHA’s future direction.

Craig’s appointment follows an open recruitment process supported by MHA’s recruitment consultants, Aspen People. Having already made a strong contribution to the Association over the past two years, Craig now steps into this senior role with a deep understanding of MHA, its people and the communities it serves.

In his new post, Craig will lead MHA’s housing management and community initiatives work, providing strategic direction and helping to deliver key objectives that matter to tenants, residents and the wider community.

Milnbank’s chief executive, Paul Martin, said: “We are delighted to welcome Craig to this pivotal role within MHA. Craig has worked with us for two years, holding the positions of senior housing officer and governance and compliance manager. He brings extensive knowledge and experience in housing management, customer service, governance, regulatory compliance and service improvement, and we are excited about the contribution he will make in this important leadership position.”

Craig said: “I have worked in social housing for over 25 years and I am excited to continue my career at MHA in this new role. I already know the staff team and, like me, they are passionate about supporting the community and delivering high-quality services. I am looking forward to building on that commitment and working together to make a positive difference for our tenants and residents.”
