Plans have been submitted to knock down a building in Glasgow’s East End to make way for a new block of flats.
SoMa Studio is hoping to gain permission from Glasgow City Council to build a four-storey building at 83 Sword Street, which is situated near Bellgrove train station, Glasgow Times reports.
The block would have 12 units, with a mixture of two and three-bedroom flats, alongside external deck access proposed.
An internal courtyard and integrated undercroft parking would be included in the development.
At present, the site has a two-storey commercial warehouse-style building which would be knocked down.
A decision for the proposed plans is anticipated by September 11.
