The milestone comes alongside confirmation of more than 65 exhibitors and sponsors and over 40 speakers, as the Summit continues to build significantly on last year’s event.

Those registered to attend span the full breadth of the housing sector, from housebuilders and housing associations to local authorities, registered social landlords and specialist suppliers.

Leading the housing attendance are Scotland’s largest housebuilder Robertson Group, alongside Persimmon Homes, CALA Homes, Springfield Properties, Miller Homes, Cruden Homes, Campion Homes, Urban Union, Mactaggart & Mickel and Lovell Partnerships.

They are joined by some of Scotland’s largest housing associations and registered social landlords, including Places for People, Hillcrest Homes, Kingdom Housing Association, River Clyde Homes, West of Scotland Housing Association, Cairn Housing Association and Trust Housing Association, along with sector bodies SFHA, Scotland’s Housing Network and City Building.

Public sector engagement is also strong, with the Scottish Government, Scottish Enterprise, Scottish Futures Trust, Scottish Water and all five of Scotland’s regional hub companies among those confirmed to attend.

A total of 22 local authorities from across Scotland are also represented, including Glasgow City Council, Aberdeen City Council, Fife Council, North Lanarkshire Council and The Highland Council.

The Summit’s growing exhibitor line-up is backed by a strong sponsor roster, headlined by SPI Piling as headline sponsor. They are joined by Axiom Advocates and MFMac LLP as legal sponsors, with NASC, Scot Hoist Limited, Supplier Development Programme and Advance Construction confirmed as event sponsors.

The Scottish Housing Summit and Scottish Construction Summit take place on 22 October 2026 at the SEC in Glasgow and are free to attend for visitors.

Delegates registering for the Summit gain access to both programmes under one roof, with the event bringing together the housing, construction, infrastructure and wider built environment sectors.
