Warmworks has renewed its strategic partnership with the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA), building on a longstanding and successful relationship.

The extended partnership for 2025–26 will see Warmworks scale up the positive engagement it has had with SFHA’s members to date, supporting social landlords across Scotland to deliver affordably warm, energy efficient homes for their tenants.

Since being founded in 2015, Warmworks has supported nearly 50,000 homes and families across Scotland to be more affordably warm through the installation of energy efficiency improvements in the homes of its customers.

Cassandra Dove, SFHA policy lead, said: “Our members have a key role in tackling fuel poverty and supporting the net zero transition, so having the knowledge and expertise of Warmworks behind them as a strategic partner is invaluable.

“It’s never been more vital that we work collaboratively to shape government policy, support tenants and deliver successful retrofit solutions. Together, we can support SFHA members and their tenants on their journeys to net zero.”

Ross Armstrong, Warmworks chief executive, added: “The extension of our partnership with SFHA comes at an important time for the housing sector. It will allow us build on our collective achievements to date, further strengthening the close relationships we have built with social landlords.

“Scotland’s journey to net zero relies on the input and collaboration of social landlords to decarbonise their housing stock. Warmworks will continue to support SFHA members to learn more about the ways they can help their tenants to live in warmer, more comfortable energy efficient housing.

“We’re excited to extend and develop this longstanding strategic partnership in the year ahead.”
