The Wee House Company is celebrating a double win at the prestigious 2023 Herald Property Awards, having been crowned ‘Property Team of the Year’ and receiving a ‘highly commended’ accolade in the Best Family Home (Large) Category for its Caldwell View build.

The Herald Property Awards is one of the most significant events in Scotland’s property calendar and this year received a record 130 entries, then whittled down to 54 finalists.

Amongst tough competition, the family-owned business was recognised for its innovative modular housing solution and exceptional services, with the judges noting that they were particularly impressed by the home builder’s attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

It is impressive that the Wee House Company’s ‘biggest Wee House to date’ received a highly commended accolade in the hotly contested ‘Best Family Home (Large) category. Working closely with the first-time homeowners, The Wee House Company team designed and manufactured a four-bedroom bespoke home in Uplawmoor East Renfrewshire.
