Who’s it for and what’s it about?
This course for housing staff aims to stimulate conversations about how you can improve your current arrears management model and make it work better for you and your organisation.
Innovation in arrears management begins with a deeper understanding of what you’re already doing, mapping your process from end to end, recognising where processes are not producing the required results and exploring other ways to improve your arrears collection model, sharing good practice with other and producing plans to implement these improvements.
