ABOUT US
Linstone Housing Association is a customer-centred, pro-active and inclusive organisation. We manage just over 1,500 housing association homes and provide factoring services to approximately 2,000 homeowners.
Our homes are mainly in Linwood and Johnstone, Renfrewshire.
It is an exciting time to join the Board of Linstone Housing as we launch our new 5-year business plan in 2026. Our business plan will detail the strategic objectives of the Association in key areas such as Governance, Financial Management, People & Culture Strategy, Mixed Tenure and Factoring.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Linstone Housing Association is currently seeking people with an interest in local housing and community issues to join our Board of Management. We particularly welcome tenants of Linstone and those with an interest in the local communities we have homes in.
The Board’s role is to set our strategic direction, monitor our performance and ensure that we are a well-governed organisation
You might be looking for your first Board role to gain experience, or you may already have skills and experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Housing Services & Management
• Community Development
• Finance, Legal or Human Resources
• Customer Service
• Asset Management
• ICT or Digital Services
We offer ongoing training and support to our new Board Members as well as the opportunity to observe at our meetings before joining the Board.
