Customer Service Manager

The Role

As Customer Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering outstanding customer service. Reporting to the Customer Service Director, you will:

    • Lead the delivery of high-performing services that maximise Customer Experience.
    • Collaborate on innovative strategies and projects to drive excellence in service delivery.
    • Build strong, productive relationships with customers and partners to understand and respond to their needs.
    • Contribute as an active member of the Management Team, supporting the delivery of our Corporate Strategy.
