About the role
Our Head of Finance plays an integral role in the development and delivery of the Group’s business objectives. Reporting to the Executive Director of Finance, you will work with, and lead, a highly skilled and committed Finance team to support the Executive Management Team and Board, providing financial advice, support and guidance which enables the delivery of our growth plans and commitment to continuously improving the quality of our service offer.
The Head of Finance will be responsible for implementing strong and robust financial controls and governance, budgeting and forecasting, treasury and cash management, reporting and analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial and accounting regulations. You will drive the ongoing evolution of the Finance function, seeking opportunities to streamline delivery and enhance the value of the services provided.
What you will bring
You will have experience of leading a team, ensuring effective and timely delivery of all critical Finance outputs, and encouraging a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
We need someone who can think and act creatively to improve service quality, with the talent to build a positive and solutions-based team culture and the energy and ability to work at pace to deliver results.
You must be a qualified accountant and be able to demonstrate that you have operated at a managerial and leadership level, with the ability to develop individuals and teams that excel.
