EVH Grade: 4 (Points 9-12) £27,068 - £30,610 as of 01.04.2026
40 days leave (inclusive of statutory leave)

We are looking to recruit a full time Housing Administrator (Advice Services) to provide an exceptional front line reception service to our customers and contractors at our Shields Road sub-office and administrative support to the Advice Services Team. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual, passionate about doing the right thing.
The ability to work in an ever-changing environment with competing pressures is necessary and the successful candidate will be a team player with a “can do” attitude and the desire to learn new things while ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
A competence in using IT packages will be required.
