Job Title: Housing & Communities Manager
Hours: 35 per week
Location: Edinburgh or Dundee, with a requirement to travel.
Salary: £47,577 - £51,966 per annum plus Car Allowance

We’re seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead high-performing, customer-focused housing and community services across multiple local authority areas. At Bield, we’re committed to delivering safe, inclusive, and modern housing solutions that empower independent living.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will:

    • Oversee tenancy management, allocations, estate services, and rent collection.
    • Drive digital transformation and service innovation.
    • Lead on performance improvement, compliance, and customer engagement.
    • Inspire and support a dispersed housing team, fostering a culture of accountability and care.
    • Represent Bield with key partners, stakeholders, and sector forums.
