Salary: EVH Grade 7: £42,707 - £45,505 per annum (from 01/04/26)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 4.30pm (35 hours per week)

West Granton Housing Co-operative is a small, community based fully mutual housing co-operative based in North Edinburgh. We have just celebrated our 35th anniversary and have a stock of 372 general need houses and flats.
We are governed by a highly committed tenant led Committee of Management who are ALL WGHC tenants. Our mission statement is that “our tenants are paramount in everything we do”.
We are now looking to recruit a new Housing Officer to join our small team of dedicated staff committed to working to Co-operative ethos, values and in
accordance with our mission statement.
As a Housing Officer, you will be a key member of the housing management team, working with colleagues and reporting to the Housing Manager. You will work alongside another Housing Officer and a Housing Assistant. The primary function of the Housing Management team is to deliver an excellent service for our tenants.
You will have a genuine passion to deliver excellent customer service, uphold high professional standards and be a confident and dynamic member of the team. You will be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all relevant legislation and best practice with extensive and demonstrative practical experience. This role will enable you to make real change to the lives of our tenants.
