Cordale Housing Association is seeking new Management Committee members.
Cordale is a community-based housing association which own over 500 high quality social rented homes in Renton, West Dunbartonshire.
Cordale is also a subsidiary of Caledonia Housing Association, which owns and manages over 5,500 social rented homes and provides a factoring service to over 2,300 owners across 8 local authority areas.
As a Committee member, you’ll play a significant role in providing the leadership, direction and oversight to ensure Cordale is well governed and delivers good outcomes for tenants.
What you will bring
We’re inviting applications from individuals with a wide range of skills and backgrounds, and would particularly welcome those with professional skills, knowledge and experience in finance, governance, risk management and asset management.
There is no requirement to have had any previous Committee experience - what is important is a desire to make a difference and being prepared to contribute to discussions and decision-making on strategy, performance management and risk that will shape Cordale’s future.
