Salary: £14,344.45 - £16,099.79 per annum + company benefits

About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Hillcrest as a Policy and Process Analyst within our Housing team.
This role plays a key part in supporting the continuous improvement of our housing services. You will be responsible for analysing performance data, producing key statistical reports, and leading the review and redesign of housing processes to drive efficiency and support business transformation.
You will work closely with colleagues across Hillcrest, helping to ensure our systems, policies and procedures are aligned with strategic aims, regulatory requirements and best practice.
Regular travel to Dundee will be required as part of this role.
About You
As a Policy and Process Analyst, you will bring strong analytical capability, attention to detail and a passion for improving services.
You will:
- Be educated to SCQF Level 7 (or equivalent) or working towards this;
- Have experience of collating, analysing and interpreting statistical information;
- Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages and housing management systems such as QL;
- Have experience of reviewing processes and identifying improvements to enhance performance and efficiency;
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Housing sector and relevant legislation;
- Be a clear, critical thinker with excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills;
- Be able to build positive working relationships and support colleagues through training and system improvements to meet targets
