Lochaber Housing Association is seeking suitably qualified and experienced consultants to submit proposals to undertake a comprehensive review of the Association’s Rent Policy.

The association seeks to ensure that LHA’s rent-setting framework remains fair, transparent, affordable, and aligned with regulatory and sector best practice.

The project is expected to commence in May 2026 and conclude by August 2026.

Deadline for submissions is 12 noon on 23 March 2026.
