We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner (Manager) to lead our finance business partnering service and support effective decision-making across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys influencing strategic decisions and working closely with operational leaders to deliver great outcomes.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead a high-quality finance business partnering function, providing insight, challenge and support to drive organisational performance and value for money.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading finance business partnering across Trust
Developing budgets, forecasts and financial plans
Producing management information and performance analysis
Supporting value for money and continuous improvement initiatives
Strengthening financial controls and governance
Working closely with operational teams and senior leaders
Leading, coaching and developing finance colleagues
Contributing to the wider management team
What We’re Looking For
You will have strong finance business partnering experience, excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to turn financial insight into business improvement.
Essential attributes include:
Professional accountancy qualification or equivalent experience
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial controls
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and influencing abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to continuous improvement and customer outcomes
