Full-Time, 35 Hours Per Week, Permanent 
Salary: £49,923 to £52,578
EVH Grade: Grade 8 Point PA29 to PA31
Location: Easterhouse, Glasgow

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for finance and community impact? Provanhall Housing Association is seeking a Senior Finance Officer to lead our financial and IT operations.

  • Advise the Director and Management Committee on financial strategy and systems.
  • Oversee day-to-day finance and IT functions.
  • Play a key role in policy development as part of the Senior Management Team.
  • Ensure long-term financial sustainability through effective treasury and loan management.
  • Preparation and submission of 30 year financial plan to Scottish Housing Regulator.
  • Collaborate across departments to support organisational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, statutory, and regulatory standards.
  • Join us in shaping a financially secure future for our community-focused organisation.

You should have experience gained in the Social Housing Sector with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work to defined deadlines with minimum supervision. You will have the ability to build strong relationships across our organisation including with colleagues and our Management Committee.
