Salary EVH - PA30-PA31 - £51,250-£52,578
We are excited to announce this senior role as part of the Association’s succession planning. We seek a talented individual to put their stamp on this newly created role, which will be pivotal in ensuring that the broad and varied remit of our governance and compliance activities is delivered to a high standard to support achieving the Association’s strategic objectives.
Formed in 1975, Milnbank Housing Association is approaching our 50th anniversary and has a long and successful track record of supporting local communities in Dennistoun and Haghill. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the ideal candidate will have experience delivering high-quality governance, assurance and compliance processes within an organisation, working with management committees, developing high-quality policies and be skilled in the collation of performance or other reports and information.
We are seeking someone with excellent written skills, attention to detail, and who has an excellent understanding of governance, regulation, legislation and compliance with a detailed knowledge of the Scottish Housing Regulator’s Regulatory Framework with a knowledge of GDPR, FOI etc.
